htlatex을 사용하려고 합니다.(tex을 html로 변환해주는 것. 패키지에 기본으로 포함되어 있음)

oblivoir 에서, footnote를 넣으면 에러가 나는데, article로 하면 잘 나옵니다. 예를들어,

\documentclass{oblivoir}
\begin{document}
\section{S1}
내용은 아래\footnote{https://address/wiki/} 참고
\end{document}

위와 같이 하면 에러가 나고,(에러가 나는 위 문서도 xelatex으로 pdf만들어보면 문제없이 잘 나옵니다)

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{kotex}
\begin{document}
\section{S1}
내용은 아래\footnote{https://address/wiki/} 참고
\end{document}

이렇게 하면 잘 됩니다.

! LaTeX Error: No counter 'Hfootnote' defined.

에러가 위와 같은데 혹시 해결책이 있을까요?
